Refund policy

Due to the nature of our fully customized creations, we do not offer refunds. No refunds are given for color matches that are not exact. We do our best to match the monitors reflection and unfortunately do not have access to the same fabric wholesalers the large manufacturing companies have. Exchanges may be made within 7 days of delivery.
